Scientific assessment of bias and prejudice in the community. Rigorous
methodology and expert testimony to argue the merits of motions for a change of venue.

We conduct scientific public opinion surveys to study the need for a change of venue. This data and our expert testimony can be used as evidence to argue your motions.

We employ rigorous scientific methodologies to provide empirical evidence about the presence or absence of undue public bias and possible contamination of the jury pool. Our methodologies are designed to meet the highest scientific standards and to withstand challenges from cross-examination. For example, sampling procedures are carefully designed to ensure that the sample is representative of the jury pool; we often sample two or more venues to demonstrate whether the present venue carries any more bias than alternative venues; we use standard verification procedures to ensure that the data was collected and recorded accurately; and we can provide expert witnesses that are qualified for presentation of scientific evidence.
